8.00p restorative yoga & massage therapy by candlelight @ Yoga by 1111 studio

This 60 minute class blends Restorative Yoga & Massage Therapy alongside a guided meditation. Our infrared heaters are used to warm the room and provide the many benefits of infrared therapy while you relax in class. Class begins with breath work and intention/mantra setting for the guided meditation. Students are then led into long-held restorative yoga postures supported by bolsters and blankets to relax the body and mind. Hands on Massage Therapy is used in each restorative posture. Focus will be on the head/neck/shoulder, sacral/hips/glutes, or legs/feet areas to help the practitioner relax and release.
