Advanced Teaching Methodology training is for existing 200 hour RYTs looking to advance their ability to teach large crowds, sequence classes, and theme yoga classes confidently. This training will teach participants clear and proven formulas for 1) cueing the body and 2) sequencing a class that will enable any teacher, novice or advanced, to teach a room full of people at any level confidently and safely. The final part of training focuses on yoga philosophy & ethics, and how to take a chosen topic within that realm and apply it as a class 'theme'.
Enrollees will come out of training having learned a pre-sequenced, well-rounded and intelligent class + the ability to teach it effectively and confidently. This sequence is not proprietary and can be taught anywhere and used as much as needed while enrollees build their confidence. They will also graduate with the tools to start sequencing, theming and teaching confidently their own creative classes immediately upon completion. The total cost is $650, billed after application acceptance into the program.
This training is required to audition at 1111 Nantucket and teach our Core Flow & Long & Lean formats. Completing training guarantees you an audition with 1111 Nantucket. Auditions are held on an as-needed basis.
200 RYT Teacher tRAINING
Our 2027 Winter 200RYT program is open for booking. 1111 Nantucket is an official RYS®, ensuring that its training’s content adheres to and meets the highest standards available. Whether you’re interested in becoming a yoga instructor, or you simply want an in-depth study of yoga within a supportive setting amongst like-minded people; this is the program for you.
Our 200RYT certification allows you to register with the globally recognized Yoga Alliance upon completion, and is the minimum certification required to teach yoga anywhere.

We meet weekly at 1111 Nantucket, 3 West Creek Road, Nantucket MA, on the following schedule, with the week of February 21st OFF.
Thursdays 6:30p-9:30p
Fridays 6:30p-9:30p
Saturdays 12:30p- 4:30p
Sundays 12:30p-4:30p
total: $2,850
(includes unlimited yoga for duration of training)
1111 Unlimited Member Rate: $2,250

Whether you’re interested in becoming a yoga instructor, or you simply want an in-depth study of yoga within a supportive setting amongst like-minded people, this is the program for you.

yoga sculpt teacher training
This teacher training is available to anyone (200hr RYT is not required) and prepares students to confidently lead a 60 minutes Yoga Sculpt class. Yoga Sculpt is a signature class found in different variations at leading studios and health clubs nationwide including Equinox, Lifetime Fitness, Corepower Yoga, Healthworks, Yogaworks, Yoga Six and more.
This training is required to audition/teach Yoga Sculpt at 1111 Nantucket.
