yoga sculpt teacher training

This teacher training is available to anyone (200hr RYT is not required) and prepares students to confidently lead a 60 minutes Yoga Sculpt class. Yoga Sculpt is a signature class found in different variations at leading studios and health clubs nationwide including Equinox, Lifetime Fitness, Corepower Yoga, Healthworks, Yogaworks, Yoga Six and more.

This training is required to audition/teach Yoga Sculpt at 1111 Nantucket.

Advanced teaching methodology training

Cueing, Sequencing & Theming

Advanced Teaching Methodology training is for existing 200 hour RYTs looking to advance their ability to teach large crowds, sequence classes, and theme yoga classes confidently. This training will teach participants clear and proven formulas for 1) cueing the body and 2) sequencing a class that will enable any teacher, novice or advanced, to teach a room full of people at any level confidently and safely. The final part of training focuses on yoga philosophy & ethics, and how to take a chosen topic within that realm and apply it as a class 'theme'.

Enrollees will come out of training having learned a pre-sequenced, well-rounded and intelligent class + the ability to teach it effectively and confidently. This sequence is not proprietary and can be taught anywhere and used as much as needed while enrollees build their confidence. They will also graduate with the tools to start sequencing, theming and teaching confidently their own creative classes immediately upon completion.
