What about Automatic Writing?

Automatic Writing is a form a of free-writing most effectively utilized when the mind is clear and relaxed. There are truly no rules and the goal is not over-analyze the ‘how’ or ‘what’ to write. The intention of pairing Nidra + Writing is to turn off the analytical mind, access the subconscious mind, and then allow space to record or write freely. Some writings might have significance for you, some might not. The writing portion is optional, but encouraged; you might write several pages, 1 paragraph, or nothing at all some sessions. Writings remain private and for the individual’s experience only.
